1. Who we are
QuickWake is licensed by PLASMICA d.o.o. (“PLASMICA”, “we”), R. Boškovića 32, 21000 Split, Croatia, VAT-ID HR57846556748, with the authority of its copyright holders, Davor Mimica and Josip Bašić. When you buy a QuickWake licence or subscription, you buy it from Paddle as our authorised reseller, and PLASMICA d.o.o. grants you the licence under the QuickWake Licence Agreement. These terms are an agreement between you and PLASMICA d.o.o.; contact us at support@quickwake.app.
2. Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
3. Orders and payment through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle processes your payment, charges and collects applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes are calculated for your location during the order.
4. What a purchase gives you
QuickWake is a plug-in for Rhino 8.20 or later on Windows. It is licensed, not sold, under the QuickWake Licence Agreement. Rhinoceros itself is not included and must be licensed separately from Robert McNeel & Associates. Every seat, meaning one named user, on any of their computers, needs one of these:
- A perpetual licence, at €600 per seat, paid once. You may use the version current when you buy and every later update, without a time limit.
- An annual subscription, at €260 per seat per year. You may use every release published while the subscription is active, and only while it is active.
Prices are plus VAT where applicable. During the launch offer both are offered at 50 % off, at €300 and €130 per year. The price you pay is the one shown in the Paddle checkout when you order; a subscription bought during an offer renews at the price shown at checkout unless we tell you otherwise under section 5. Support is not included.
After your payment is confirmed, we send the installer and your licence details to the email address in your order, normally within two working days.
Your order consists of the product description shown when you buy and your Paddle order confirmation. Together they identify the licensee, the type of licence, the number of seats, the term and the fee. The Licence Agreement version published on this website when you buy applies to your order; a later version does not reduce rights already granted. The Licence Agreement governs how you may use the software. Where these terms or your order expressly differ from it, they take precedence for your order. A separate written agreement with PLASMICA d.o.o. takes precedence over all three.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
A subscription runs for one year and renews automatically for another year at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and it applies from your next renewal. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals, and your licence continues until the end of the year already paid. A perpetual licence is paid once and does not renew.

6. Acceptable use
Use of the software is governed by the Licence Agreement. When using this website or ordering, you must not:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- commit fraud, send spam, or use payment details without authorisation;
- infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property, or remove copyright or licence notices;
- interfere with security, introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the website in a way that burdens it;
- share, resell, or circumvent licence details or entitlements beyond what your order permits.
7. Intellectual property
The QuickWake software, this website and the related intellectual property, including the QuickWake name and logo, belong to their owners. You receive only the rights expressly granted in the Licence Agreement or your order. You keep your rights in your own hull models, inputs, projects and results.
8. No service commitment
We aim to keep the website and software available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. QuickWake results are approximations that you must verify independently, as the Licence Agreement explains. Support, updates beyond those your licence covers, or response times apply only where your order or a separate written agreement includes them.
9. Liability
The warranty and liability provisions of the Licence Agreement apply to the software. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may terminate a licence for a material breach of these terms or the Licence Agreement, as section 9 of the Licence Agreement provides: by written notice, allowing 30 days to remedy a breach that can be remedied. A subscription ends at the end of its paid period if a renewal payment fails and is not resolved. An order paid fraudulently or whose payment is reversed grants no licence. We may restrict access to the website immediately to protect its security or prevent fraud.
11. Governing law and changes
Croatian law governs these terms. For disputes with businesses, the competent courts in Split, Croatia have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protections and courts available to them where they live. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not apply to orders already placed.
