Our policy
If you are not satisfied with a QuickWake licence or subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason. This applies to perpetual licences, first subscription payments and subscription renewals.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles refunds. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address from your purchase, or write to us at support@quickwake.app with your order number and we will arrange it with Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; how soon they appear depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
A refund ends the licence bought with that payment. Stop using QuickWake under that licence and delete its copies. You keep your hull models and inputs; results produced under the refunded licence may not be used commercially.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the year already paid and does not renew. Cancelling after the 14-day refund period does not refund the current year.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law, including rights to a remedy if the software does not conform to the contract.
